PHELOPHEPA means "Health" in the wilderness in South Africa.
At PHELOPHEPA at the 8F community space, we will have events related to health such as health lectures, preventive medical seminars and yoga to deliver more enriched health to the people who live, gather and work in Nihombashi.

"PHELOPHEPA" is the community space located on 8th floor of Medical Prime Nihombashi.
There will be events related to healthcare, such as health lectures, preventive medical seminars and yoga.

The name "PHELOPHEPA" is named after a "Medical Train" which runs in the wilderness in South Africa. In the native term, it means "Health".

The train “PHELOPHEPA” started from the will of the past Nelson Mandela and it still runs 36 weeks per year with staffs of medical personnel providing access to medical care for free for the poor people who have difficulties in accessing medical care.
The PHELOPHEPA train not only treats sickness, but provides counseling and workshops to deal with stress, depression, dental care and health education on sickness prevention.

At PHELOPHEPA in Medical Prime Nihombashi, these various events are provided to better enrich the health of the people who live, gather and work in Nihombashi. Notifications of these upcoming events will be provided through this website.
